It was also to be extended to younger children from infancy to pre-primary. On the other hand, it hoped to serve higher primary and in the field of special education and other extension programs. The trust created a training institute by the same name to carry out its mission.

The founder- chairman of IIMS trust, Rajendra Gupta, was supported in this dream by the vice chairman Radha Nagraj and a team of trustees.
